Our work does not end with the delivery of the work
In addition, we will provide you with warranty and post-warranty service according to valid legislative standards and decrees. Service interventions are handled by experienced and professionally trained SLP and IP technicians.
If you sign a service contract with us, we will provide you with continuous 24/7 remote support. After reporting the problem by phone, the operator contacts a technician who tries to solve the problem by phone and, if necessary, makes a service trip.

If you sign a service contract with us, in the event of a malfunction, your case will be dealt with as a matter of priority. Thanks to the fact that the service conditions will be anchored in the contract, you will save a considerable amount of time. In addition, our service department (hotline + emergency technician) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

1st type (basic) – we will provide you with a favorable price list for individual service operations and ensure that your problems will be solved and eliminated within the time limit that is anchored in the contract.
2nd type – in addition to the previous benefits, you also get regular tests and inspections of systems and equipment. The prices of service operations are even more favorable compared to the first type.
3rd type – in addition to all the mentioned benefits, you will also receive a package of prepaid hours of service operations, which are included in the price of the monthly fee. Service prices are even more discounted.

Thanks to the hotline, the specialized team of our service technicians is always ready for a service trip and to eliminate the complications that have arisen in the shortest possible time.
In order to ensure the quick removal of the malfunction, we keep most of the components we supply in stock.
